today i find myself writing and wanting to share with everyone what the LORD has been showing me.for the past 15 years i have been learning how to become a homesteader.i come from growing up in the big apple[ new york city].never thinking of growing anything but my nails, and here i am a full homesteader.i have rabbits,ducks,chickens,goats,pigs,a wonderful bull and 1 peacock.8 children that are my gift from GOD and i love them with all my heart.GOD has also blessed me with my husband fredy.he is a very easy going guy and lets me have my dream of homesteading.without him i would not be able to do this as he is the sole bread winner to such a big family.he also comes home to building and fencing and it seems like that job is never finished.

as days go on i plan on posting pictures of how to do different things in order to have a organic garden.i have looked for pictures before on the web and dont see many.maybe this way i could help someone out there trying to change there life ,by becoming an organic grower.times are hard and money is short these days for many.growing our own could help use cut food bills and eat much better.i see a time like the past when people grew there own food instead of going to walmart and other big stores that sell us food that makes us sick.nothing like fresh food from our garden and using less fuel in getting it to the table.

i hope i could show you how with a little hard work and getting you hands dirty you could be growing wonderful food for you and your loved ones.my blessing to all and most of all my praise to our mighty father and his son JESUS.
